Villa Marina is a 17-hectare oceanfront masterplan in Playa Venao, the Pacific coast surf town 25 minutes from Pedasí. Six low-density buildings designed by Zürcher Arquitectos, integrated with the existing Villa Marina Hotel operated since 2012.

Phase 1 (Towers 100 and 200) is under construction with delivery in 2026. Four of six low-density buildings are already delivered and sold; the final two are available. Each building is two condos per floor — privacy by design, not by chance.
